Guidance

Guidance is a real-time feature in Meeting Pilot that helps you handle tough questions and objections on the fly. While you're on a call, our AI listens for when the other person asks you a question, whether it's about pricing, competition, or a specific feature, and instantly generates talking points to help you respond.

When a question is detected, you'll see it appear in the Guidance view with a few bullet points suggesting how to answer based on your account context and product information. These suggestions stay visible until you're ready to clear them.

For example: If a prospect asks "How does your product compare to [competitor]?", Guidance will catch that question and generate relevant comparison points you can use in your response.

You can delete questions from the view once they've been addressed to keep your screen clean and focused on the conversation.
