Before Your Meeting

Account Research

What it does: Pulls together everything you need to know about an account in one place (company overview, recent news, key contacts, deal history, and relevant activity) so you walk into every conversation informed and confident.

How to access: Left panel → click the account name

Tips:

  • Check Account Research at least 10 minutes before any external call to refresh your memory on recent touch points and open threads.

  • Use it to spot changes in an account's business (leadership shifts, earnings, new product launches) that could open up a conversation or signal urgency.

Meeting Pre-Read

What it does: Generates a tailored briefing for your upcoming meeting, including attendee backgrounds, relevant deal context, suggested talking points, and potential objections so you're never caught off guard.

How to access: Home Page → click the meeting → Meeting Pre-Read

Tips:

  • Pre-Reads are generated for upcoming meetings on your calendar, so make sure your calendar is connected.

  • Skim the suggested talking points and flag any you want to prioritize. This is a helpful starting point, not a script.

During Your Meeting

Meeting Pilot

What it does: Joins your meeting as a real-time AI copilot. Meeting Pilot listens in and surfaces relevant context, handles live note-taking, and tracks action items so you can stay fully present in the conversation instead of scrambling to take notes.

How to access: Account → Meetings tab → Join with Meeting Pilot

Tips:

  • Start Meeting Pilot before your call begins so it captures the full conversation from the first minute.

  • Let Meeting Pilot handle the notes. Focus your energy on building rapport and asking great follow-up questions.

After Your Meeting

Meeting Summary

What it does: Delivers a structured recap of your meeting, including key takeaways, action items, next steps, and any commitments made, so nothing falls through the cracks and your CRM stays up to date without the manual lift.

How to access: Click the notification after your meeting ends, or go to Account → Meetings tab → select a past meeting

Tips:

  • Review your summary within an hour of the call while the conversation is still fresh — it's the fastest way to confirm accuracy and add any nuance Meeting Pilot may have missed.

  • Use the summary to draft your follow-up email or update your deal notes. No need to start from scratch.

Anytime Tools

AI Chat

What it does: Your on-demand AI assistant for anything sales-related. Ask questions about your accounts, get help drafting emails, brainstorm objection responses, research competitors, or quickly pull up deal details all in natural language.

How to access: Left panel → Ask AI

Tips:

  • Be specific with your questions for the best results. Instead of "tell me about Acme," try "what were the key objections Acme raised in our last call?"

  • Use AI Chat to prep quickly between back-to-back meetings when you don't have time for a full deep dive.

Sales Studio

What it does: Your creative workspace for building and refining sales deliverables. Generate personalized outreach, build business cases, create account plans, and develop tailored content... all powered by your real account and deal context.

How to access: Left panel → Studio, or Account page → Studio tab

Tips:

  • Access Studio from an account page to automatically pull in that account's context. This saves you from re-explaining the deal every time.

  • Use Studio for anything that needs a more polished output, like a follow-up sequence, a mutual action plan, or a custom ROI summary.

Getting Started Checklist

Here's how to get the most out of AnyTeam from day one:

  1. Connect your calendar so AnyTeam can generate Meeting Pre-Reads and join your calls with Meeting Pilot.

  2. Explore a few accounts in the left panel to see how Account Research pulls your data together.

  3. Join your next meeting with Meeting Pilot and let it handle the note-taking.

  4. Review your first Meeting Summary and use it to send a follow-up.

  5. Ask AI Chat a question ...try something like "draft a follow-up email for my last call with [account name]."

  6. Open Sales Studio from an account page and build something: a personalized outreach message, an account plan, whatever you need next.
