Settings & Account Management

Your Settings page lets you control notifications, manage linked accounts, update your profile, and review app permissions.

Accessing Settings

To open Settings, click the gear icon at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar.


Notifications

Manage when and how Anyteam notifies you.

Do Not Disturb

Control quiet periods and reduce interruptions:

  • Mute notifications during meetings
    Automatically pauses notifications while you’re in meetings synced with Google Calendar.

  • Work hours only
    Receive notifications only during your defined work hours. You can customize your schedule directly in Settings.

  • Quiet hours
    Pause all notifications during selected hours.

Notification Categories

Choose how you want to receive different types of notifications. You can enable web, desktop, and/or email notifications for:

  • Account notifications
    Account updates, billing or team changes, and data source updates

  • Meeting notifications
    Meeting-related alerts and reminders

  • All notifications
    Enable everything with one toggle


Linked Accounts

Connect external accounts to help Anyteam generate more accurate and personalized outputs.

Currently supported:

  • LinkedIn

  • Google Workspace

Linked accounts are used only to inform AI-generated materials and workflows.


Profile Settings

Update personal information and manage your account.

From this section, you can:

  • Edit your name

  • Add an “About you” description
    (Share anything you want the AI to know: your role, company, background, or preferences.)

  • Log out of your account

  • Delete your account permanently

⚠️ Important: Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data and cannot be undone.


App Settings

Review the permissions granted to Anyteam during onboarding, including:

  • Auto-launch on startup

  • Microphone access

  • Screen capture access

  • Accessibility permissions

To view or update these permissions at the system level, click “Open Security & Privacy Settings” from this page.
