FAQs

How do I start a meeting with AnyTeam?

Go to your TL;DR, expand the meeting, click "View Insights" (available 15 mins before the meeting), then click "Join with Assistant." You can also press "Option + M" to launch manually.

How do I link a meeting to an account?

If you start the assistant manually with "Option + M", make sure to link the meeting to the correct account when you stop the assistant by clicking the X button.

Where do I find my meeting summaries?

Check your notifications in AnyTeam, or go to the specific account and click the "Meetings" tab to see all past meeting insights.

Can I use AnyTeam for an in person meeting?
  • Yes. Turn on Live Meeting on your laptop and place it in the room; it will transcribe and capture actions for in‑person meetings.

  • Make sure the meeting is on your calendar (so it’s linked to the right account) and you have internet access.

  • Tip: If you can’t use desktop, you can still do all research and post‑meeting workflows on the web app; only live capture requires desktop.

What do I do if I can’t download the desktop application?

You can use the AnyTeam web version instead. The web version includes account research, meeting prep, Sales Studio, and past meeting reviews—but you won't have access to the live meeting assistant, call recording, or desktop notifications.

Access the web version here: https://app.stage.anyteam.com/onboarding/Login

After a call, where can I find post meeting insights?

Post-meeting insights appear in two places: 1. Notifications tab- Click the bell icon in the bottom left of AnyTeam to see newly generated insights 2. Account page- Go to the specific account → Meetings tab to view all meeting insights organized by date

Do I need to tell meeting participants that I'm using AnyTeam?

No, you don't need to notify participants. AnyTeam transcribes audio locally on your device rather than recording it, so it's treated the same as taking notes during a meeting. Just as you wouldn't need permission to take written notes, you don't need permission to use AnyTeam. That said, you're welcome to mention it if you prefer to be transparent about your workflow.
