The Meeting Pilot Bar
When Meeting Pilot is running, a floating bar appears on your screen. You can drag it anywhere, and it stays visible across multiple desktops. The bar is only visible to you, participants in the call won’t know you are transcribing the meeting.
Buttons on the bar:
Button | What It Does |
Pause | Pauses transcription. Click again to resume. |
Ask AI | Opens the AI chat window for live questions. |
Transcript | Opens the live transcript panel. |
Overview | Opens meeting pre read panel (scheduled meetings only). |
Guidance | Opens AI-suggested talking points in response to detected questions/objections. |
