How to Start a Meeting with AnyTeam
AnyTeam's Meeting Pilot gives you live transcription, AI guidance, and real-time support during your calls. You can launch it for both scheduled meetings and instant calls. Here's how to get started.
For Scheduled Meetings
If your meeting is already on your calendar, you have several ways to jump in with Meeting Pilot:
From your Account page: Open the account associated with the meeting, go to the Meetings tab, and find your meeting under Upcoming. Select "Join with Meeting Assistant."
From your Home page: Find your meeting on the TLDR. Expand the meeting card and select your meeting pre-read. Select “Join with Meeting Assistant” on the top right of your meeting pre-read.
From a notification: When you get a pre-meeting reminder open the notification. You can find this under the bell icon in the bottom of the left side bar. Select the meeting notification and press the Meeting Pre-Read. Select “Join with Meeting Assistant” on the top right of your meeting pre-read.
From your Calendar: click in the calendar icon under your chat and find the meeting, select the meeting and click Meeting Pre Read. Select “Join with Meeting Assistant” on the top right of your meeting pre-read.
Joining Without Meeting Pilot
Sometimes you might just want to join the call without the assistant. When you click the dropdown arrow next to any scheduled meeting, you'll see the option to "Join without Meeting Assistant." This opens your meeting normally, no transcription, no AI, just the call.
For Instant Meetings
When you need Meeting Pilot for an unscheduled call, you have three quick options:
From the menu bar:
Click the AnyTeam logo icon on the right side of your desktop menu bar or system tray. This will open a pop up screen with your TLDR. Select the Meeting Pilot Icon in the top right corner of the pop up- this will start the meeting pilot transcription instantly.
OR
Click "AnyTeam" in the top left corner of the menu bar/system tray and select "Join with Live Meeting" from the dropdown.
Keyboard shortcut: Press Option+M (Mac) or Alt+M (Windows) to instantly launch Meeting Pilot.
Note: For instant meetings, you won't see the Overview panel at first since there's no account linked yet. When you end the meeting, you'll have the option to connect it to an account.
