Sources

The Sources tab lets you upload files that add context to an account. This content directly informs the underlying metadata that feeds into account insights, meeting insights and more. 

To upload a file:

  1. Open the account.

  2. Click the Sources tab.

  3. Click Upload Files.

  4. Select a file from your computer.

  5. The file uploads and appears in the list.

Examples of what you can upload: 

  • Account Materials: proposals, agreements, account plans

  • Account Research: previous call transcripts, discovery notes, stakeholder profiles 

  • Product Information: documentation, specs, briefs, implementation guides

  • S&M Materials: Case studies, presentations, demos, ROI calculators 

  • Competitive Intelligence: Competitive Analysis, Win/Loss Reports, Market Research
