How to Use Ask AI

Start a conversation: Type your question in the input field at the bottom and press Enter. When you open a new conversation, you'll see suggested prompts you can click to send automatically.

Reference an account: Type @ in the input field to pull up a dropdown of your accounts. Select the account you want to reference, then finish typing your question. For example: "@Acme Corp What are their strategic priorities?"

Attach files: Click the paperclip icon in the chat in the input area, select a file from your computer, then type your question and send. Ask AI can analyze the file and answer questions about its content.

Manage your workspace: Click the expand icon on the upper right of the chat window to make the chat window full screen, or drag the edges to resize. Start a new conversation by clicking "+" at the top right. Your previous chat saves automatically.

View conversation history: Find the History icon on the upper right side of the chat window. Your conversations are listed with timestamps. Click any conversation to reopen it, or use the search field to find specific chats by keyword.
