Saved Chat Prompts

If you find yourself using the same chat prompt over and over again like:

“Based on my upcoming meetings and emails, tell me how to prepare for my day.”

You can save and reuse chat prompts in AnyTeam.

No more retyping. No more copy/paste. Just type / and go.

How to Save a Prompt

You can save prompts in two ways:

Option 1: Save from an Existing Chat

  1. Type and submit your prompt in the chat window.

  2. Hover over the message.

  3. Click the Bookmark icon at the top of the chat message.

  4. It will pop up a window to save the chat your Prompt Library.

  5. Give it a title, press save and the chat is saved to your Prompt Library.

Option 2: Create a New Prompt from Scratch

  1. Click into the Ask AI chat box.

  2. Type /

  3. A pop-up will appear showing:

    • Your saved prompts

    • An option to Create New Prompt

  4. Select Create New Prompt

  5. Write your prompt, give it a title.

  6. Save! it will now live in your Prompt Library

How to Use a Saved Prompt

  1. Click into the Ask AI chat box

  2. Type /

  3. Select one of your saved prompts from the list

  4. The prompt will automatically populate in the chat box

  5. Edit if needed

  6. Press Enter to run it

Daily Prep

Based on my upcoming meetings and emails, give me a prioritized plan for today. Highlight risks, prep recommendations, and follow-ups I shouldn’t miss.

Account Strategy

Based on all account activity, recent meetings, and stakeholder changes, summarize where this deal stands and recommend my top 3 next moves.

Post-Meeting Follow Up

Summarize this meeting into: key takeaways, risks, next steps, and a draft follow-up email I can send within 5 minutes.

Risk Radar

Identify any stalled deals, unresponsive stakeholders, or engagement risks in my accounts and recommend recovery actions.

Pipeline Review

Give me a concise pipeline summary with: biggest opportunities, at-risk deals, and where I should focus this week.

Smart Email Draft

Draft a concise follow-up email based on this account context. Make it confident, specific, and action-oriented.
