Creating Artifacts

Artifacts are sales materials like battle cards, account plans, and proposal content that Ask AI can generate for you.

Enable Artifact Mode: Look for the Artifact Mode toggle in the chat window and turn it on. Then ask for what you need, like "Create a battle card for @Acme Corp" or "Generate an account plan for this deal."

Generate from conversation: With Artifact Mode enabled, Ask AI generates structured artifacts instead of chat responses. The artifact appears in the chat window and is automatically linked to the relevant account if context is available.

Turn a response into an artifact: If you receive a regular chat response that you want to save as an artifact, hover over it and click the Save as Artifact icon.

View and save artifacts: Hover over any artifact in the chat and you'll see options to:

  • View: Open the artifact in a preview

  • Open in Studio: Edit it in Sales Studio

  • Download HTML or PDF: Save a copy to your computer

Artifacts are saved to your workspace and can be accessed anytime from Sales Studio.
