All Meetings View
Overview
The All Meetings View is your organization for every call. It brings together your upcoming schedule and your full meeting history, so you can move quickly from prep to call to follow-up without leaving AnyTeam.
Each meeting has two views: a Prep View before the call and a Summary View after it. You can share either with a single link.
What you'll find in All Meetings
Upcoming meetings: Everything on your calendar, pulled in automatically. Click any meeting to open its Prep View.
Past meetings: Your full meeting history with summaries, transcripts, and key takeaways.
Prep View: Account context, talking points, and intel ready before every call.
Summary View: Key takeaways, next steps, and your full transcript, generated automatically after each call.
How to use the All Meetings View to your advantage
Open AnyTeam and go to Meetings in the left sidebar.
Upcoming calls appear at the top. Past meetings are listed below.
Use the filters to sort
Click any meeting to open it. Before a call, you'll land on the Prep View. After a call, you'll see the Summary View.
To share a meeting, click Share to generate a shareable link for either view.
Sharing a meeting
Every meeting has a built-in shareable link. Share the Prep View to loop in a manager before a call, or share the Summary View to hand off notes and next steps after — no copy-pasting required.
Good to know: Shareable links don't require the recipient to have an AnyTeam account. Anyone with the link can view the content.
Summary emails after every call
When you run a meeting with Meeting Pilot, a summary email lands in your inbox automatically when the call ends. It includes your key takeaways, agreed next steps, and a link to the full transcript (no app-switching required).
